Second, make sure that the employee won’t get nervous at all and that he will be polite with everybody.
Third, make sure that your hardware from the call center is working properly, and that your worker knows how to deal with them.
Fourth, if the worker was trained properly, than his mistakes should be minimal. Therefore, you could give him a test and see what will be going on. If there will be too many mistakes, you have definitely chosen the wrong person for your call center predicative dialing systems.
