Call Center Predictive Dialing Systems

When it comes to call center predictive dialing systems, one of the imminent problems that is appearing in most of the cases is about choosing the proper predictive dialer for the call centers.

They predictive dialer is by far, more efficient than a sale agent, for example due to some reasons. One of them is that a predictive dialer will always find someone to talk to, while a sales agent will confront with answering machines, busy lines etc., facts that would ruin his labor day.
So, how to choose the proper worker in order to be sure that the call center predicative dialing systems will work at their best? You have to respect some simple rules.

First of all, you should inform about the laws in the area where you-or your workers- are going to make phone calls.

Second, make sure that the employee won’t get nervous at all and that he will be polite with everybody.

Third, make sure that your hardware from the call center is working properly, and that your worker knows how to deal with them.

Fourth, if the worker was trained properly, than his mistakes should be minimal. Therefore, you could give him a test and see what will be going on. If there will be too many mistakes, you have definitely chosen the wrong person for your call center predicative dialing systems.

Besides the built-in mp3 player, Samsung Omnia 2 will also have a great advantage: a low price – about $200-, meant to blast away any other competitors.

So, Verizon will definitely make a huge profit with Samsung Omnia 2. Why? Because they will release a good phone, at a low price, and all of these, in the Christmas month.

Server Virtualization Technology

When it comes to problems that might appear in the server virtualization technology, one of the most often met problem is the appearance of the “All Eggs in the Same Basket” syndrome. This is happening due to one and only cause: the main servers are put into one single server.

In order to get the expected redundancy, servers should be put into at least 2 real pieces of hardware. This method offers one extremely effective advantage: if any of the virtual servers wrecks itself, the other servers can still function properly, cause it is easy to switch from one to another. Though, in the case of a single real server, if one of the other virtual servers goes down, all the others will go down as well.

This is why it is recommended to use at least 2 real servers. If the users need something more complex, the server virtualization technology methods can get a little bit more complicated. There will be needed at least 2 real severs to be synchronized with 2 logical servers. Even if this can not be called quite virtualization, but still a very effective method, it quite often used.

One of the latest methods to prevent the above syndrome is also related to server virtualization technology. In order to prevent the downtime of the server, someone hired especially for this, should synchronize the memory of one physical server with another one, which is being clustered with, in order to prevent downtime.
